Unstoppable Review

Unstoppable
Twentieth Century Fox

12th Nov 2010, 98 mins
Action/Thriller,12
Director:Tony Scott
Cast:Denzel Washington
        Chris Pine
        Rosario Dawson

based on a true story a train carrying toxic chemicals is on the lose and is on its way to a populated area 2 freight train drivers one on the first and one on there last fight to stop it after being advised not to.

With a reasonably small cast fill a short and fast passed action/thriller the most notice able was Denzel Washington as Frank the veteran train driver who is about to become redundant. Denzel is the only actor who is up on par the rest kind of let the story down which is probably the best part of the movie. Chris Pine (later to become Captain Kirk) is the other lead as Will the rookie on his first day but as I said he is not played very well.

This movie dose keep you interested but could be a lot better considering that by the plot you would think it is an all out thriller but it can only just be cast into that category. I can also not criticise the filming it also a great credit to the movie and really builds up suspense and give it a good climax to the movie.

This is by far a great movie but it does have some great action seances,Denzel Washington and one good plot which means that it is worth watching. This is pretty much your typical action movie which is not that special.

We,re Gonna run this B**** Down- 55/100
